Harding Township — General Information
EMERGENCY - 911
If you need the Police, Fire Department or an ambulance, dial 911. The Police will dispatch for all emergencies. Be sure that you give complete information as to the nature of the emergency and your location.
In General, injured people should not be moved unless exposed to a life-threatening danger. Try to calm the patient and get as much information as possible as to how the injury occurred and how the person is feeling.
In the event of a fire, be sure that all people are evacuated and accounted for. The best protection is fire prevention. Prepare and practice an escape plan, install smoke alarms and inspects for fire hazards. Window stickers are available from the Fire Department to identify a child or invalid's bedroom.
If you have any questions, you should contact an officer from the appropriate organization; see the Harding Township website.
