Applications for GHK reality # HPC-8-4-11-26) and T-Mobile proposed cellular communication tower (# HPC-1-6-11-3) were deferred to subsequent meetings.  The HPC response to the cell tower application will be discussed and finalized at the October meeting.  A special meeting on September 21 was scheduled to discuss and finalize the HPC response for GHK realty.

The previously distributed draft of the revised response to the Board of Adjustment for the Lam application was reviewed.  Discussion indicated agreement with the revised response which reflected reevaluation of the property’s historic status in the context of the McCabe report and criteria.  The response also identified suggested several conditions to be attached to recommended approval to approve use of the historic structure as an accessory residence.
