Announcements/Reports/Presentations

Ms. Olcott reported that the Advisory Review Committee had met on Thursday and came up with a work list which will be discussed with Ms. Kimball.  The ARC will also address the Board of Adjustment report from last June.  It was also reported that Trenton could change the requirement to update the master plan every six years to every ten years.  Mr. Bartlett reported having a discussion with a member of the Harding Land Trust about Primrose.  The price has been dropped, but that also means the pro-rata contributions are also lower so additional contributors are needed.

Discussion

The Board then discussed several proposed /township Ordinances.

TC-02-11 (Steep slopes and Dry Wells Requirements):  Under this ordinance, requests for waivers for steep slopes go to the Board of Adjustment, and requests for dry well waivers go to the township engineer.  The Board agreed that this ordinance complies with the master plan.

TC-03-11 (Grading Permits):  This ordinance lays out the requirements for grading permits.  In this case, the ordinance is not being changed but merely placed in another section of the code.  Approved by the Board.

TC-04-11 (Land Use Ordinance Checklist):  This ordinance adds the requirements of (1) electronic copies of plans and (2) marking riparian buffers on the plans to the checklist.  Approved by the Board.
