Do you want to get involved? There are two ways you can contribute to the Civic Association. Become a Trustee or a Member.

Become a Trustee

As a Trustee you will be involved in the programs and events sponsored by the Civic Association. Our mission is to inform Harding citizens about their local government and to foster patriotism. Regardless of your political affiliation, we are a non-partisan group.
What do the trustees do?

• Report on township meetings. Have you ever wanted to be a reporter? This is your chance. As a reporter for the Thumbnail you will be providing details on what goes on at the various municipal meetings for your fellow residents.
• Organize the Memorial Day Parade and run the essay contest.
• Maintain our website — no meetings for this job!
• Stage “Evening with the Mayor” and “Candidates’ Night.”

But the best part is the monthly meetings of the Civic Association itself — meet your neighbors, share happenings around town, and have a lot of laughs.
